Warning: This class is designed for active individuals with no medical issues, physical limitations and has at least an intermediate fitness level. If you are sedentary and/or have any of the above conditions we strongly suggest either 1 on 1 Personal Training or Small Group Training. All new participants and clients inactive more than 8 months will be scheduled for a free consultation & assessment to determine eligibility.
