Online Training, Live Video Training & Nutrition Program

 


This is a great virtual (via Zoom or FaceTime) 30 minute class that's designed to assist clients with their goals of muscle toning, weight loss, strength & conditioning. It's a unique total body workout that's performed with exercises using only body weight (no equipment needed). Unlike most large virtue services, each client can verbally communicate with the instructor and will be carefully monitored for correct form & technique. This class is currently (during this Government Shut Down) being offered 3 days per week @ the times posted above.
