Well look no further, Xtreme Advantage is offering its Get Fit Boot Camp Class to help you achieve better results, less time & low cost. This class is designed for women, men, youths (14 years of age and older) & high school thru collegiate athlete looking to get into the best shape of their life. It’s a very economical & results oriented 45 minute total body transformation class that’s designed to give you a metabolic resistance workout. It’s a H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) workout that incorporates cardiovascular, strength, conditioning, functional and weight training exercises. This should shed body fat, tone muscles, speed up your metabolism (for days after) and increase your strength & endurance improving your overall physical condition, appearance and mental health. Each client will benefit from this workout whether your level of fitness is intermediate or an advanced athlete. This is a small class that is offered in either a
1, 2 or 3 days per week program as a 6, 12 or 18 week package (and new On Demand Package which allows you to schedule yourself at your on convenience). So now you can skip the old boring hour cardio session & hour weight lifting routine and sign up today for an intense & more effective, total body, 45 minute workout that will give faster results. Warning: This class is designed for active individuals with no medical issues, physical limitations and has at least an intermediate fitness level. If you are sedentary and/or have any medical conditions we strongly suggest either Xclusive 1 on 1 Personal Training, Small Group Training or Body Blast Class. All new participants and clients inactive more than 1 year will be scheduled for a free consultation & assessment to determine eligibility.
