Virtual Training is a live 30 minute Workout (via Zoom) that can be done at home, in a office, hotel room, etc. Unlike most large virtual services, you can verbally communicate with the instructor and will be carefully monitored for correct form & technique. These workouts requires the use of dumbbells, resistance bands, stability ball & your own body weight. This program is designed to assist you in shedding body fat, toning muscles, speeding up the metabolism, increasing strength & conditioning, improving the overall physical health and appearance. Online Training include photos, video clip demonstrations and detailed instructions on how to perform each exercise properly. Both Fitness & Nutrition programs are completely printable as well. Whether you're training at home, the gym or even mobile, you will have a detailed workout to take with you. Workouts can either be designed for the gym (using the latest gym equipment) or home (using dumbbells, resistance bands, stability ball and your own body weight). Specialized Advanced Training & Nutrition Programs are also available at a slightly higher rate, please call. Once I receive your info, I will design your workout(s) and/or nutritional guidance program made specifically for you within 48 hours. You will then receive an email (attached with your nutritional guidance plan if applicable) with a link giving you internet access to your workout via computer, tablet, smart phone or our downloadable Exercise Live App. Below are five different plans, each offering different interests, each program last eight weeks, at which point you can reevaluate your progress and purchase a new workout.
