Virtual Training, Online Training & Nutrition Programs


This is a fun energetic 30 minute live virtual class (via Zoom) that's designed to assist clients with their goals of muscle toning, fat loss, strength & conditioning. It's a unique total body workout that's performed with exercises using only body weight (no equipment needed). Unlike most large virtual services, each client can verbally communicate with the instructor and will be carefully monitored for correct form & technique. This class is currently being offered 2 days per week @ the times posted above. To get started simply scroll down, fill out the Online Registration Form, pay thru the Click To Pay Now Button and your Zoom Link will be sent to you to join the class. If you're unable to do this class or looking for something more personal, try either our Online Training or Virtual Training program. All discounts will be applied at checkout. ​​
